Licensed Psychologist & Clinical Director
Helping Children, Families, and Adults Navigate Life's Challenges and Loss
Lisa Harmeier brings extensive experience as a former school psychologist within a large independent school district, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life's challenges and transitions. Her background provides valuable insight into the academic, emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns that can impact both children and adults.
Through secure telehealth appointments, Lisa helps clients navigate ADHD, autism-related concerns, executive functioning difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, school-related stress, grief, and significant life transitions. She also works with adults who may be coping with the loss of a spouse, parent, family member, or close friend, providing a compassionate space to process emotions and find meaningful ways to move forward.
Drawing on her experience in both education and mental health, Lisa offers practical, evidence-based strategies that clients can apply in everyday life. Her goal is to help individuals and families build resilience, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and thrive through life's changes.
In addition to counseling services, Lisa conducts psychological and educational evaluations at our Northwest Houston office, helping families gain a deeper understanding of their child's strengths, challenges, and support needs.
