Lisa Harmeier, MS, LPA-I, LSSP

Hi, I’m Lisa Harmeier, a Licensed Psychological Associate with Independent Practice (LPA-I) and a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP). I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University and my Master of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M–Commerce. With experience across a variety of settings—including community clinics, neuropsychology practices, and public schools—I’m passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in assessments and treatment for ADHD, learning differences, anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related concerns. My approach is always personalized. We’ll work together to create a treatment plan that fits your unique goals and needs, using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, and stress management strategies.

In addition to therapeutic services, I offer consulting for parents seeking guidance on public school procedures, such as 504 plans, special education eligibility, IEPs, and ARDs. With my background in school psychology, I understand how overwhelming the education system can feel—and I’m here to help you navigate it with confidence.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I believe in empowering you with practical tools and compassionate support to help you move toward a more fulfilling, balanced life. I’m honored to be a part of your journey and look forward to working with you—or your loved ones—along the way.
