Trauma can leave a lasting impact, but I’ve seen firsthand the strength that emerges when clients are empowered to face their stories and move forward with intention. Whether you're dealing with the aftermath of a painful event, the daily stress of the classroom or caregiving, or simply looking for a place to pause and heal—I’m here to walk beside you.

I’m continually expanding my skill set to better serve those impacted by trauma, especially within the BIPOC community, where access to affirming mental health care is essential. I am passionate about creating inclusive, culturally sensitive spaces where every individual feels seen and valued.

Outside of the therapy room, I find balance through travel, cooking, and crocheting—practices that remind me of the importance of self-care and creativity in the healing process. At the core of my work is the belief that with faith, connection, and a willingness to grow, we can move through pain and into a fuller, more joyful life.

Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to support you—one step at a time.

Hi, I’m Angeleah, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a heart for walking alongside those navigating the weight of trauma, stress, and life’s most challenging moments. With three years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of difficult experiences—from PTSD and abuse to grief, job-related stress, caregiver burnout, and the everyday struggles that can sometimes feel overwhelming.

I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in compassion. I integrate evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness to help clients process their experiences, build coping strategies, and reconnect with their inner resilience.
