Theodor Napp, LPA

THEODOR NAPP, LPA...

is a Licensed Psychological Associate in the State of Texas practicing under the supervision of Dr. Arlene Gordon-Hollingsworth, PhD, Licensed Psychologist (#36896).

Theodor is passionate about helping adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. He understands that life’s challenges can leave individuals feeling disconnected from themselves, uncertain about their future, and exhausted from carrying the weight of daily responsibilities.

Many of the clients Theodor works with are navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or significant life transitions. He believes that understanding the root causes of emotional struggles is often the first step toward meaningful healing. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, he helps clients gain deeper insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools to create lasting change.

Theodor is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. His goal is to help each individual build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and reconnect with what matters most in their lives.
