Jesica Joseph, MA, LPC
Hi, I’m Jesica Joseph, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with several years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I’m deeply passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for individuals from all walks of life to explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward greater emotional well-being.
I earned my Bachelor of Science from Loyola University Chicago and went on to complete my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the University of Houston–Clear Lake. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges—including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and health-related stress.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and behavior modification techniques. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, helping you build skills that support both immediate relief and long-term growth.
As a therapist, my goal is to foster strong, collaborative relationships with my clients. I believe healing begins with feeling understood and supported—and from that foundation, we can work together to process life’s challenges and develop practical tools to navigate them. I’m especially passionate about using culturally sensitive approaches that honor your individual identity and lived experiences.
Whether you’re facing a specific issue or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in finding clarity, healing, and renewed strength. Together, we’ll work toward a more meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling life—on your terms.
Ms. Joseph accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and United Health Care/Optum. She also sees individuals using their out of network benefits. She is in the process of credentialing with Multiplan.
